Established in 1954, the Rocky River Women’s Club (formerly Rocky River Junior Women's Club) is a non-profit social and service organization committed to the development of its members in intellectual endeavor, social fellowship, the promotion of general welfare and service to the community.
The RRWC also offers a wide variety of social outlets for its members through general meetings, social events and fellowship club opportunities.
The Rocky River Women’s Club (RRWC) has a primary civic service responsibility of managing the Rocky River Assistance Program, (RRAP) which was founded in 1984.
The RRAP helps needy families in our community by providing food, clothing and household products for seven days each month. In addition, children on the program receive school supplies, clothing gift cards and items from their holiday wish lists.
To support the RRAP and various other community organizations, RRWC sponsors a variety of fundraising events throughout the year.
